TOUR:SMART coverTOUR : SMART and Break the Band author Martin Atkins was a member of Public Image Ltd and Killing Joke, has contributed to Nine Inch Nails and Ministry and founded industrial supergroup Pigface, The Damage Manual, and Murder Inc. Martin is a producer, drummer, documentary film maker, DJ, professor and most recently started his own entrepreneurial school, Revolution Number Three. He has been organizing, booking, and managing multi-band package tours for over a decade. Ariel Hyatt Ariel Hyatt is the founder of Ariel Publicity & Cyber PR a New York-based digital firm that connects artists to blogs, podcasts, Internet radio stations and social media sites. Over the past 13 years her firm Charlie Cheneyhas represented over 1,400 musicians of all genres. Charlie Cheney is the developer of Indie Band Manager software used by over 3000 musicians in 21 countries. He regularly gives seminars at music conferences and universities on songwriting, touring, business, and technology.
